Hello!  My name is Donna Ortiz  and I am a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams First Atlanta. 


I  have been licensed since 2023.  My background is education which I feel is my strongest attibute becasue real estate is about educating clients. I love helping first time or long time buyers as they enter the home buying arena.  There is so much to know and my job is to empower you as a buyer and make it easy and fun as well.   


I have  also run the marketing and advertising for a publication for many years .That experinece gives me exactly what it takes to market your home.


We also ran a residential and commercial building inspection company so I can go into a home and already have a leg up on the  systems and structures in the home, whether your are buying or selling.   


I love what I do because it incorporates my passion to educate and serve.  Real  Estate is about relationships and I pride myself on being a people person who strives to meet my client's personal goals.

Donna helped me to sell a house and i couldn't possibly have asked for a better partner in the process! Donna was friendly and personable and always made sure I understood what was going on. She was always available whenever i had questions about anything. She was super knowledgeable about all aspects of how to sell a house, from helping with decisions on what upgrades to do, to paint colors, to landscaping, and pricing. Donna does it ALL!!!
